Terms of Service
Template text. Consult counsel before taking paid customers.
1. What this is
OpenMenu is a digital-menu platform that lets restaurants publish menus, accept WhatsApp orders, and manage their branch information. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (restaurant name, menu items, prices, contact details). You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- publish menus for businesses you do not own or represent
- list items that are illegal to sell in your jurisdiction
- abuse the ordering endpoint to harass third parties
- attempt to access accounts or data that don't belong to you
- reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate against the service beyond reasonable use
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the menu content, images, and customer data you upload. You grant OpenMenu a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the service on your behalf.
5. Availability & changes
We try to keep the service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, add, or remove features at any time. Material changes will be announced through the admin dashboard or by email.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. On termination you remain responsible for any unpaid fees incurred before closure.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenMenu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca.
